A typical Irish mountainside scene, sheep grazing happily and wandering all over the mountain whereupon a silver stream of fresh spring water gently flows.
This handmade image is composed of wool and silk fibers, felted onto a wool backing with a special barbed needle. I have chosen the colours to reflect the purple, yellow and greens of the Irish landscape. The stream is added using silver knitting yarn.
The sheep are made of actual sheep’s wool!
It is double mounted, ready for framing.
