This charming scene is typical of what one sees on an Irish mountainside! The sheep follow along in a line on a well trodden path through the hill coming down from on high!
In this piece I have used wool from the acutal sheep and some coloured yarn for added texture, all needle felted onto a wool backing.
The colours I have chosen, reflect the Irish landscape, many shades of green and purple.
